Releasing Payments
Release payments to experts when work is completed and approved.
When to Release
Release payment when:
- All milestone deliverables are approved
- You’re satisfied with the work
- There are no outstanding issues
How to Release
- Go to project Milestones tab
- Find the approved milestone
- Click Release Payment
- Confirm the amount
- Expert receives payout
Payment Timeline
After release:
- Expert sees pending payout immediately
- Stripe processes transfer (1-2 days)
- Expert receives funds (2-7 days based on country)
Don’t Delay
Prompt payment maintains trust and attracts top experts. Don’t delay approved payments.
