Yes, unless you’ve signed an exclusive agreement. Most experts are non-exclusive.

Go to My Applications, find the application, click Withdraw. Avoid withdrawing after interview.

For Clients

Most projects receive applications within 24-48 hours. Complex projects may take longer.
If you’ve worked with someone before, contact platform ops. Otherwise, experts apply to your project.
Provide specific feedback through the platform. Request revisions or escalate to platform ops.
Funds are held in escrow. Release payment when you approve each milestone.

Payments

Credit cards, debit cards, and ACH bank transfers via Stripe.
No. Platform fees are transparent and shown before you accept projects/payments.
Refunds are handled case-by-case through the dispute process.
USD is primary. Stripe converts to your local currency for payouts.

Not currently. The website is mobile-responsive.
