Before contacting support, try these quick fixes for common issues.

Quick Fixes

Use a Supported Browser

FlexDuty works best on:
  • Google Chrome (recommended)
  • Firefox (latest)
  • Safari (latest)
  • Microsoft Edge (Chromium-based)

Clear Cache & Cookies

If pages aren’t loading properly:
  1. Open browser settings
  2. Clear cache and cookies
  3. Reload the page

Try Incognito Mode

Browser extensions can cause issues:
  1. Open an incognito/private window
  2. Navigate to FlexDuty
  3. If it works, disable extensions one by one

Allow Pop-ups

Some features require pop-ups:
  1. Check for blocked pop-up notification
  2. Allow pop-ups for flexduty.com
  3. Try the action again

Grant Camera/Mic Access

For video calls:
  1. Check browser permissions
  2. Allow camera and microphone
  3. Reload the page

Common Issues

  • Check you’re using the correct email
  • Try “Forgot Password”
  • Clear cookies and try again
  • Check if account is verified
  • Check internet connection
  • Clear browser cache
  • Try a different browser
  • Disable VPN/proxy
  • Check file size (max 100MB)
  • Verify file format is supported
  • Try a smaller file
  • Use a different browser
  • Refresh the page
  • Check you’re on the correct project
  • Ensure JavaScript is enabled
  • Try a different browser
  • Clear cookies
  • Disable ad blockers
  • Try Chrome browser
  • Check Stripe status page

How to Report a Bug

When reporting, include:

  1. Click Settings > Help > Report Bug
  2. Fill out the form
  3. Attach screenshots
  4. Submit

Mobile Issues

Mobile-specific troubleshooting:
  • Use desktop mode for full functionality
  • Some features work better on desktop
  • Ensure mobile browser is updated
  • Clear mobile browser data
