These terms govern your access to and use of FlexDuty. By using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use FlexDuty.

The service

FlexDuty provides software to create job confirmations, collect card authorizations, and initiate charges. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practical.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for activity under your account. You must use the service in compliance with applicable law, Stripe's and other providers' terms, and our acceptable use expectations.

Fees

Subscription and platform fees are described at checkout and in your plan. Third-party payment processing fees may also apply. Taxes may be added where required.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, uninterrupted operation, or error-free use.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, FlexDuty's total liability arising out of these terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, risk, or legal reasons, with notice when appropriate.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the contracting entity identified in your agreement or order form, except where consumer-protection rules in your country require otherwise.
